What is the weight of this cheese? The description say 1.4 kg or 4 lbs. Unfortunately, 1.4 kg is not 4lbs, it's 3 lbs. So what is the actual weight?

The weight info on the package reads "minimum net weight 60 oz". (60 0z is 1.7 kg). I weighed my ball of cheese on a digital scale. It showed 4 lb. 5.6 oz. Clearly, it is more than 4 lb. I lived in Italy for 3 years. Most cheese are hand shaped. I believe this cheese is hand shaped. That's why the word "net minimum" is used on the package. Frankly, I am very happy I found this cheese.
