These are very inexpensive and they actually work great. Definitely helped with foot pain on days that I am standing for hours on end. Could be a little sticker inside the shoe but they work OK

I was looking for clear arch supports for my slip-on sandals and am so glad I found these! They fit well and stay in place. They do stick to my bare foot, but that doesn't bother me at all as it feels good to have the cushion. They are not obvious when wearing them, which I love! I wish I could buy a whole pack of just the clear supports for all my sandals!

These don't LOOK like they'll help out that much, but they really do! They make a noticeable difference when walking in flats or heels all day. They don't stick to any sort of fabric (which is most shoes), but the weight of your foot will keep them in place.

Only works in a full shoe. Doesn't do what I wanted in a sandal. Doesn't stay put in sandal. Works well in tennis shoe.

These are very helpful for plantar fasciitis. I had a little trouble placing the left one in my sneaker so with multiple tries the adhesive started to get pretty “unsticky.” I just rinsed it off and dried it and the “stick” comes back! Also, I finally figured out that if I stuck it with a piece of scotch tape to the right spot on the bottom of my foot and then placed my foot into the shoe, VOILA! Perfect placement.

I'm so glad I found these. I thought I had to toss my summer sandals out because they had no arch support. But with these arch cushions, I can wear my sandals instead of my orthotic sneakers. They are easy to attach and adjust if needed. The adhesive stays put and the arch is comfortable for all day walking. I bought a second set, now I need more sandals.

Second time I’ve bought these . They work great in sandals and flip flops to provide an arch . Add to support and comfort . Especially good if you have plantar fasciitis. I use these in all of my Tieks flats . I’m so glad to have these - without them I wouldn’t have been able to wear my Tieks ever again . These provide the needed arch . No more foot pain after wearing!

Very unhappy with the fact that they don't actually stay glued down in your shoe. Seems ridiculous to me that they seem to be designed that way. I assume they will pick up dirt and gunk on the inner edge also, as it is vaguely sticky as well as the bottom. These are designed to temporarily adhere, and I expect them to deteriorate rapidly if used in dusty or dirty conditions. This is not the product I expected. Return window closed before I ever opened the package.

Did not adhere to my shoes on day one. I wore them and they moved around. Had they been able to stay in place - they appeared like they would work. I am now trying another brand that people say stays in place.

These don’t stick to the shoes. The shape is also wrong so overall they are pretty useless. What a waste of a lot of money.
