great toy for fun and learning
I love that this toy is fun and promotes thinking that will help children understand concepts regarding speed, velocity, physics, engineering. What I don't appreciate about all of these magnet-type toys is that they claim a lot of pieces and the pieces count includes stickers, plastic pieces that are not needed, etc. The toy is not 191 magnet pieces - it includes some magnetic pieces and a large number of plastic snap on pieces to put over the holes in the magnets. Maybe that is the "art" piece in the STEAM advertisement - stick on ready-made stickers of random pictures to jazz up the design. The design piece is good without those pieces and it is deceiving. I would have rated this a 5 based on the magnets and the science/engineering but felt misled when I saw the cheap plastic covers that are counted in the piece total. Meanwhile, I am buying a second one to add to the first so that two children can build together without running out of pieces. This is a great toy.

Entertaining toy, pieces stick together well
For a toddler or younger child you have to put the pieces together yourself and then let the child just throw the ball in and watch it roll. But they can see the ball roll so they're interested and want to get the ball and throw it in again. An older child could enjoy this for a long time because they can build different patterns. There are a lot of pieces, so many different ways they can be put together. Really cool toy, and a great alternative or addition for children who like building or lego like games.

Nice magnetic toy for older kids
My 3 year toddler loves marbles and magnetic toys and likes to play with it. So I got this set! The magnets are strong and the selection of the parts are good to be creative with. With 3 years she still needs a lot of help to build a working marble run. So I would recommend it for older kids.

Great Engineering + Imagination Toy!
Love this! So far, I have played with it more than my kids. There's a bit of a learning curve to getting the structures to be solid so it doesn't fall over or collapse easily, but in my opinion, that's part of the fun. My 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 year olds love it. They ask me to build a different structure each day. I also like that it is compatible with other magworld magnetic pieces. Great toy - well worth it!
