I’m sorry but this bird feeder was absolutely hopeless. It lasted one day before it was destroyed by one squirrel that managed to eat through the plastic (!) and also removed the perches. It was far more expensive than similar ones I have subsequently seen in a shop and a complete waste of money.

Nice feeder and works fine but the small birds peck and the food falls out, pigeons then arrive at the bottom to feed on the spilled food..

The squirrels find this extremely easy to eat from. The full tube of seed is gone in an hour with nothing left for the birds

Not squirrel proof . The little hoons chew the base away !!!

We’re quickly running out of things to do during the quarantine. It seemed like a fun idea to get a bird feeder and watch the birds eat. So far it’s holding up well and appears to be sturdily built yet lightweight.
