Does it bring an hdmi cable?

It does not bring an HDMI cable

Can you flip the monitor vertically?

The bracket & mount on back of the 32" Odyssey G3 I got is only designed for one position, horizontal. Not exactly sure I understand the question tho, since if you flipped the monitor 90 degrees the curve would be top to bottom not side to side like your field of vision. But if that was the question, then no - it's horizontal only, once the mount is attached.

does this work fine on 120fps on xbox series s?

I do not know. I only have used it with my laptop as a second monitor without any success.
