Oh but buddy it sure got sprinkled on afterward. The pineapple cake went from good to excellent. I love the flavor it adds. Almost like molasses but better. When comparing this product to other raw sugars I find it to be better. This definitely gave the pineapple cake that POW on the taste buds. Quiet honestly I wish I could share a bite with all of you. You won’t be going wrong with this jaggery.

This item arrived to me as a sludge, not a powder. It's February and I live in the mountains of North Carolina so I can't imagine it was heat during shipping. And, given it's Winter here in the mountains the humidity in my home is very low around 30%. So I'm not sure why this turned into a paste. I would use it but it's a bit smelly and I don't know if that's how it's supposed to smell and I don't trust it due to the moisture issue. Returns are not allowed for this item.
