BibleToys David & Goliath 16 Piece Battle Set by BibleToys- Christian Faith Based Toys

This is a great set. My children, age 5, 3, 1, all love it. The materials are high quality and sturdy. The characters do not move, so the limbs are not in danger of falling off. I like that the characters are more realistic than Little People. The set is versatile, with enough characters that kids could use the pieces to act out other Bible stories too. The inclusion of the camel and donkey are fun and also increase playing options. I foresee my kids acting out all manner of Biblical battles. The set includes a really well done map of the Valley of Elah, scaled so that all the figures fit on it. I intend to laminate the map to make it more solid and lasting. The “cons” are few. It is difficult to keep the figures standing. But my kids have not noticed this or mentioned it, I only noticed when I tried to set them up in neat battle lines. My kids keep trying to seat the characters on the animals, which they are clearly not made to do. But I would rather the people not be able to ride the animals than for the figures to have joints that break. I hope this company keeps making more Biblical characters! I will be buying more of the existing sets for sure.

This is an amazing Bible toy. It’s a fun and interactive way to learn one of the most famous stories in the Bible. Included is a set of stickers, a map that is factually sound and everything I have a David beats Goliath fight. I love the scale of Goliath to everyone else. This toy is so fun, interactive and educational. Highly recommend especially for any parent teaching the Bible to littles!

I bought this nice set for my 5 year old grandson's birthday and he loves it. David and Goliath is his favorite Bible Story so I knew he would really enjoy it. Good quality.

The pieces are awesome. Great tool to use while reading the Bible. Only thing to this is the the board is made out of paper. Other than that kids and I loved it

Used this David and Goliath 16 piece Battle set as my prop to give my Sunday School lesson this past Sunday..... The children loved seeing them, to help illustrate the story better. I love having these sets to make the scriptures come alive for the children. Helps to keep their attention span in check.

This is a cute and well built little set. My 7 year old son loves it. He enjoys the story of David from beginning to end and this made a perfect lil gift for his birthday. It was his favorite present. It even has a lil poster on the back of the map. But my son would rather use the map for the characters to go to war on.

We we were doing a study over David and Goliath. My son really made a connect to the story w these men. Great little set.

This is a great piece of Christianity.My son used it for a book report.He understood that Goliath can be any type of sin and with the power of God we can and will defeat it.Faith in The Lord is essential in our family.My boys understand the rocks and mountains are all obstacles in lifes path but FAITH is what will get us all through it.Believe and you will succeed.God Bless you all...

Our battle set came without the map. We contacted the seller and they mailed it to us the same day! I read on another review that the people had laminated the map. I did the same and was very happy I did. There is a lovely coloured poster on the back and he loves to display it in his room when he is not playing with the map. The play pieces are very heavy and sturdy. The quality is outstanding. My grandson was so excited when he opened his birthday gift! He plays with it often and none of the pieces are small enough for him to choke on. No fears to leave him quietly playing.
