The Air Fryer Cookbook

Simple recipes. Great photos. A friend recommended this because I was new to the air fryer world. It's been a great starter-edition with easy recipes to follow. Of course we can all find more recipes online, but it's nice to have a book once in awhile too. Guess I'm just old-fashioned.

Well packaged, no damage. This was a gift to a very special friend who has to cut back on fat. This was to help with her new air fryer. She said this cookbook has really helped. She loves it, I love it. Thank you!

It's is an informative cookbook it the recipe variety is so limited. Not nearly as many as we had thought. Internet is a much better source of info.

Lovely to look at but a waste of time. Insulting to those looking for a little substance. Complete waste of money and time.

The recipes were easy to use and the three that I have made already were excellent in taste. My only dislike - this cookbook is small in size and so, the type is also difficult to read; I had to read the recipes a few times before I started so that I would be sure not of the ingredients and quantities to use.

Would the average person know where to find a loaf of challah, Swiss Chard, goat cheese, Thai red curry paste, coconut milk, Sciracha chili sauce, panko bread crumbs, Aioli dressing, smoked paprika, large jalapeno chilies, frozen puff pastries, and cremini mushrooms?Certainly not me. Yet these are some of the ingredients that the recipes in this book call for, as well as others - less exotic, but still challenging. I'm afraid this cookbook will spend most of its time collecting dust on a shelf.

I pre-ordered this book months ago and was anxious to receive it. The first thing I made were the zucchini fries and they turned out to be an epic disaster. I'm a good cook and followed the receipe to a t. They turned out mushy, almost like steamed. Maybe I put too many in at first. I'll try it again, however, I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling about it.

It's a nice cookbook, I wish it was a bit bigger with more recipes. The recipes are good with nice pictures.

I purchase quite a few cookbooks by Williams Sonoma and this is the first one that I am disappointed with because it only has about 15 recipes and only 2 that I would use. Not worth the money.

This cookbook was disappointing. It was very specific to only one brand of air fryer, not the one that I have.

Me gustó el libro, pero creí que era un libro más grande. Es un libro muy pequeño, pero si tiene muchas recetas que se ven ricas
