Can I wash these in washing machine?

I have these and do machine wash + machine dry all the time. Despite what seller says, the elasticity has not faded (actually I wish it would fade a little bit since it's a bit tight for my fat head)

I think there were options to order both, but what I ordered contained only the headbands - six of them.

These are for men, I had to cut them in half to wear. I did wear the headband last week for pickle ball (in Florida). I was very sweaty, but the headband did not feel very wet when I took it off... I would say it was damp. I do wear it down behind my ear. Not sure how wet it has to be to ruin batteries.
