Hi - Great question. Our products are not tear free. In order for a shampoo to be completely tear free there needs to be a numbing agent added to the ingredients. We prefer not to add it. Rather, we keep our pH levels low and recommend a warm damp washcloth over the child's eyes during rinsing.
