There is a notable decrease in back tension and an improvement in mobility. The 15min timer is perfect. Review: YOUR ALWAYS AVAILABLE MASSAGIST - I want to gift this to my Mother, sister, aunt and friend, this thing is just TOO GOOD! It targets every area of the body head to toe, you just need to get creative in your positioning - I've been using it everyday in bed just right after waking up and before going to sleep and it helps me go to bed more relax and come out of it more energized - especially because you are "forced" to breath deeper and that on its own makes wonder. A friend of mine recommended it to me, he has 3 years with his and has taken it internationally on the plane (beware, there are airlines that won't aloud it) - but I'm wishing to have mine for years to come as well. I'll recommend getting the rechargeable one, because it's just easier to move around and take it places. I find that it has a decent battery life - I want to say close to two hours, but hasn't measured the time - I just plug it in if I know I've used it quite a lot. It gives me tge peace of mind that if some aches in the body I know I have my zillion at home waiting for me to make things softer. (Make sure it comes with the sleeve!- I had to write to support because of them didn't) ## Features - Advanced 3D Deep Tissue Massage: Ease sore and stiff muscles with two soft silicone nodes on each side; Soothing kneading sensation penetrates through painful knots on your upper, lower back (lumbar area); Up to 2+ hours of cordless massage - Recommended by Doctors of Physical Therapy: The electric massager is regularly used in clinics to alleviate chronic neck and backpain, arthritis, sciatica, stress and discomfort; A therapeutic solution to reduce muscle tension and soreness - USB-C Rechargeable & Versatile: Ergonomic to fit your body's contours: arms, hands, legs and feet to relieve plantar fasciitis; Velcro straps secure massager to a chair or car headrest for road trips; Must unplug before use, cannot use while charging - Tested & Certified: Built with safety in mind, heat has overheat protection and auto shutoff after 15 min; Nodes auto-rotate every minute for balanced coverage and improved circulation to prevent muscle overuse, irritation, and uneven massage - USA Based Company: Enjoy peace of mind with a 3-year warranty (1-year automatic + 2-year extension with registration); If issues arise, we’ll replace your massager, cover, or accessories; Designed for all body types and relieves chronic back pain ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07D6WQD8Y | | Battery Average Life | 1.5 hours | | Best Sellers Rank | #44,717 in Health ( See Top 100 in Health ) #68 in Snap-On Neck Massagers | | Brand | Zyllion | | Brand Name | Zyllion | | Charging Time | 4 hours | | Color | Zma-13rb: Black (Cordless) | | Colour | Zma-13rb: Black (Cordless) | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 2,447 Reviews | | Form Factor | Pillow | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00791512481189 | | Included Components | sleeve, car adapter, power adapter | | Is Product Cordless | Yes | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 33L x 24W x 6H centimeters | | Item Highlight | Doctor Recommended, Cordless, Rechargeable, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, 3D Kneading, 4 Rotating Nodes, Muscle Therapy, USB-C Cable | | Item Nype Name | neck and back massager | | Item Weight | 1.81 kg | | Item weight | 1.81 kg | | Manufacturer | Zyllion | | Manufacturer Part Number | ZMA-13RB-BK | | Massage Therapy Technique | Shiatsu | | Massager Form | Massage Pillow | | Material | Faux Leather | | Material Type | Faux Leather | | Model Name | ZMA-13RB | | Model Number | ZMA-13RB-BK | | Other Special Features of the Product | Heat | | Power Source | Battery Powered | | Power source | Battery Powered | | Product Benefits | Muscle Therapy, Pain Relief | | Product Grade | Home | | Specific Uses For Product | Muscle pain and tension in the back, neck, shoulders, thighs, legs and feet | | Style Name | Modern | | Target Use Body Part | Back, Neck | | UPC | 791512481189 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | | Use for | Back, Neck | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Zyllion - **Item weight:** 4 Pounds - **Material:** Faux Leather - **Power source:** Battery Powered - **Use for:** Back, Neck ## Images ![Zyllion ZMA-13RB Back and Neck Massager with Heat for Pain Relief, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91CMB3jMSTL.jpg) ![Zyllion ZMA-13RB Back and Neck Massager with Heat for Pain Relief, Black - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81VB9z93ffL.jpg) ![Zyllion ZMA-13RB Back and Neck Massager with Heat for Pain Relief, Black - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81KYSoInb1L.jpg) ![Zyllion ZMA-13RB Back and Neck Massager with Heat for Pain Relief, Black - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/814dWX-EBuL.jpg) ![Zyllion ZMA-13RB Back and Neck Massager with Heat for Pain Relief, Black - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/811sOqUyOLL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: I need a new replacement cover, power adapter or sleeve. How can I order one?** A: We can provide you with a new cover, power adapter or sleeve for free! No cost to you. **Q: Is this cordless and rechargeable?** A: Yes, red lights on the massage nodes will flash while device is charging. Lights will stop flashing when device is fully charged. Unplug the device once its fully charge. About 1.5+ hours of usage with heat and 3+ hours without heat. **Q: I work from home and in the office, is there a way to secure the massager onto my chair?** A: Yes, the massager has adjustable Velcro straps located on the back of the massager. Wrap the straps around the back of your chair and secure with the Velcro. Now you can enjoy a hands-free massage while you work. **Q: My product does not heat up as much as I'd like. Is it possible to make it hotter?** A: Unfortunately not. Since friction from the mesh combined with the heat function can create more heat sensitivity, we've erred on the side of caution to ensure our customers are safe. Please note, it may take 5-7 minutes to feel the heat. **Q: My product is not turning on or no longer works. What should I do?** A: Make sure your product's cord connection is secure as it should snap (*clicks*) into place. We also recommend using the car adapter and if it powers on, we can provide you with a new replacement power adapter at no cost to you. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for basketball player *by G***A on 3 April 2023* I've used it after every basketball game to reduce the back pain.
