DOWELL Stained Glass Window Film Privacy Rainbow Window Films, 44.5x200cm

I wanted something like this for my window because I'm facing a large, grey building and it's a very depressing view. I was also looking for something to lessen the intensity of the sun, as I'm facing west and therefore have it shining directly into my window and blinding me for a good chunk of the day. This is perfect! My view of the depressing grey building is now obscured and replaced with a nice rainbow shimmer, and for the first time ever I can fully open my blinds and not be blinded by the sun. It isn't quite late enough yet for me to see any rainbows shining around my room, but I am quite excited to see what that looks like when it is. Just the slight rainbow effect on the window is already so pretty. It was easy to install, if a little fiddly while the piece was still oversized as the parts that went further than the glass couldn't be stuck down and pulled at the rest of the piece. Once I got everything in the position I liked, it was easy to trim down the overlapped side and wipe out the bubbles or make other small adjustments. I may yet still need to trim some areas, as I do see a tiny bit of peel back on the bottom, but that's user error. This genuinely makes me so happy, and I'm glad I got it. I'll update if I do end up having issues with it.

This stuff is amazing has transformed the bathroom very pleased .Mirror effect is lovely not over the top. Excellent value for money one roll did 3 windows but do the maths first for sizing

Great quality and very adhesive. I, a beginner, could easily cut it to size and put it up. Application was super easy. No bubbling! The light looks fantastic, shining through onto tiles. The only thing is that there’s not 100% privacy. It’s a lot more transparent than other privacy screens I’ve seen. This would be good for upper flat windows rather than for ground floor windows.

This is just SO pretty :) Bought it to cover a 'blown' window which looked a mess but would be expensive to replace. Two of us applied it and although one person might do it on a window this size two was better. It was straightforward to do and took 10/15 mins including cutting. Clean the window, spray with water, apply the 'film', wipe airbubbles out with a towel. I used a cash card wrapped in a towel to make it more stiff. The whole thing was very easy to do. The colours are delicate pastel shades onto the floor/table etc and just perfectly pretty An excellent 'film' well worth the price so great value.

This film is beautiful. The effect, even with the sun not shining, is absolutely stunning! The film is not quite as wide as my window, so there’s a very small gap around the edge, however this isn’t noticeable. Pretty easy to put up (would advise using 2 people) Follow the instructions properly and you won’t be disappointed. All you need is clean glass, water and a squidgey blade (or something similar) and you’ll be well away. Easy to put on, and remove, with no sticky residue to have to deal with. Please be aware you won’t be able to see out of the window clearly with this on however having a room full of rainbows is a happy compromise in my opinion! Wasn’t sure whether it would be as wonderful as the reviews made it out to be when I ordered it but I am truly overwhelmed by the effect and beauty of it now I have it. So much so I’ve ordered 2 more rolls!!! Will 100% recommended this to everyone

Have had to re-do this as it was peeling from the window after a day. Instructions were followed precisely but couldn't make it stay on.

The edges kept curling up which was very annoying.

Privacidad poca o ninguna. Lo compré para que no se viera el ordenador desde la calle y se ve de cerca y a lo lejos. Eso sí, quedan los cristales preciosos, sobre todo cuando les da el sol.

Makkelijk op maat te snijden en hecht goed aan het raam zelfs met meerdere keren loshalen en vast maken. Als de zon er goed doorheen schijnt is het regenboogeffect goed te zien. Bij minder licht is dit niet zo. Het folie zorgt voor redelijke privacy. Niet zo goed als bv een melkglas type folie maar ruim voldoende. Bijgeleverde instructies waren helder.

Impossible to get it on place. There is Zero glue and water dont make it stick.. and the colors are not from the film, it is from ev surroundings..

It is good and really sticks with just soapy water. You only need to do it right and give it time to dry. Support it with little tape till it dries up. I wish it had a wider version. This one is good a small window, not entire glass doors. For larger opennings, I managed to stack them to cover the area I needed. If you want more privacy, consider using this product on both faces of the glass.

Sehr schöne Fensterfolie, sieht erst mal unscheinbar aus, aber am Fenster ist sie toll. Sehr gute Qualität, die Folie ließ sich super einfach anbringen, Fenster nass einsprühen, oben gerade ansetzen und dann einfach nach unten abrollen, Luftblasen mit einer Rakel rausstreichen, fertig. Sieht toll aus, wenn Tageslicht drauf scheint, der Foliengeruch war nach 24 Stunden komplett verflogen. Die Folie hält , zieht keine Blasen, kann ich zu 100% empfehlen.
