I bought these for work in a manufacturing facility to hang items from in the shop. They are SO strong. I accidentally got them stuck together. That was an experience getting them unstuck BUT it was doable. I would absolutely recommend these to others for durability, strength and easy of use.I only gave 4 out of 5 stars for "easy to remove" because when I got them stuck together it was hard to figure out how to get them unstuck. The website the company gave for instructions on how to get them unstuck didn't work... Check out their Facebook page for help if it happens to you!

strong.......so strong that when i was "playing with them" they slammed together on the pad of my finger and crushed it, after 15 mins of panic, anger, fear and hopelessness I managed to get it off... believe me it was not easy. After all that, at the bottom of the package was a red note that told me not to do exactly what i was doing.great magnet holds heavy gear on the sides of my steel gun vault.

We've had some of those aggravating plastic magnet fails over the years. So, it was decided: new oven, new kick ass serious non-kitschy magnets that will actually not fly off when you're balancing a pot and trying to grab the oven mitt. You can see why the claim that these magnets can hold 100lbs is made. These really are strong. And there's a little unadvertised b-o-n-u-s, which you don't really appreciate until you see what they'd prevent: a sturdy rubber *dot* for each magnet that prevents metal-on-metal scratching, while still conducting the mega-mega-pull. SO STRONG!

I went on an alaskan cruise with my wife, and these worked perfect on the ship's walls to hang our coats and etc. Now I use them to hang my cooking mittens near the oven. Very useful, no need to drill and pook holes for a hook that works.

I use these to hang a big laundry bag. They will start to slide once the bag is completely full but they hold a lot of weight. I like that the hooks can swivel and spin so I can get it positioned just right.

I am/have used these for hanging decorations, hanging the broom, hanging a picture,and putting my charging cords up where I needed them. They’re great.

I use them to hang shop lights right where I need them when working on cars. See pics for a few examples of how strong these magnets are. It is important that you know what metals you are expecting to hold the magnet. The cheap alloys used today will not hold these magnets as well as good old USA steel. My fridge barely holds the magnet let alone something hanging from it.

I have purchased several varieties of these style hooks and these are advertised to be the most powerful that I have purchased. I can tell you, though, they are not capable of holding 100 lbs. My best guess would be 30 lbs or so.
