I had hiked over 60 miles over a 2 week period, carrying 50 lbs. of gear on my back, and wearing Nick's boots, in some of the toughest firefighting terrain in the United States. It was about a 1000' elevation gain in 1 mile. I had developed blisters on both my heels early on, despite using moleskin. I then tried using a combination of solutions including band aids, duct tape, 2nd skin, and hypafix tape, but eventually the tape would just come right off. Later in my 2 week stint, someone gave me some Spartan Tape to use. I was relieved to have found a tape that could protect my blisters. I used it in conjunction with some dressing to keep my already raw blisters from getting worse. It worked great and allowed me to continue without the nagging rubbing and pain. I have sweaty feet, but with proper preparation, the Spartan Tape didn't come off during 8-10 hours of working, per day!

I bought this for my fiance, he works outside, the most it comes up is a corner, some little strings around the edges after a few days, i do cut it to make the Y shape where it needs to be. It doesn't come off even in the shower, he washes right over it and it stays on for days , he tried ripping it off the first time he used it and it took skin lol. Do not yank it off without somehow reducing the stickiness!

I was shown a bunch of stretches to focus on for relief for my heel pain. The tape was also suggested by the medical professional with whom I worked. I know that I do not understand all of the science behind the tape but it made a HUGE difference in consistent pain relief when used in conjunction with daily stretching!!! I swear by it! But you have to stretch, too!!

This is the best tape I've ever used! It stays in place for days, even with multiple showers. Great adhesion and really helps for support. Will definitely purchase again.

This is by far my favorite kinesiology tape I have used. I only g ave it 4 stars for adhesion because the last couple of times I have purchased this tape it doesn't seem to stick as well as it used to. Maybe they changed the glue or something. Its still works better and lasts longer than other tapes I have used
