Can i use a 1/4" air line with this?

1/4 Inch air line will not deliver the torque that this tool is capable of. You'll be alot happier with half inch air line and a minimum of 90 psi or greater.

Can you set the torque? if not how do you know how much torque you've applied? i'm looking for something for large rv tires.

No, use torque sticks, or you will over tighten them and ruin the threads.

Can you use this with a 1/2inch line

Yes, will work great with it. I use a 3/8 and it still works good
