Why do they look like crackheads ?

Cuz they're small and cheap. Decent dolls in person, though, my daughter loves them!

Why does it look like that it should be 3 dollars bye

These are the big dolls my husband and I have, but we have an entire horror corner/ wall (signed pictures church or horror picture, bracelets, and funko pops. To me, it looks better in person then online. The boxes have not been open, so I have no clue how they feel. My husband is a huge horror fan and is very happy with them.

Do these chucky an Tifney dolls talk?

The box has not been open, but I don’t believe they do.
