Adaptor cannot fit on all water bottles i tried the rest of product is ok

Dissapointing adapter for water bottle attachment
Adapter opening diameter (small) and thread type are not compatible to the common/local bottles in UAE (compatible bottle examples / brand names if provided by supplier will solve the issue or sending adapter with bigger dia size adapter) Supplier shall provide clear details on bottles compatible with adapter This made the device less useful the built in bottle capacity is very small and finishes in secs. Supplier shall act to fix this problem to deserve 6 stars not 5

Terrible product and awful customer service
This stopped working after only 3 months, and the customer service was awful. Complete refusal to offer repair, refund or even exchange - I was just told it was out of Amazon's 30 day return window. So essentially no responsibility from the company for a faulty product despite it being extremely expensive. Would avoid at all costs.

Game Changer
I’ve actually never used a bidet before. But I’ve wanted to try one forever so I thought I’d give this one a go first. I cannot believe I’ve gone 30 years of life without using an item like this is the bathroom. I’m not exaggerating when I say this changed my life, I feel so much cleaner after using it and I’m using way less toilet paper obviously and not hurting my tush by wiping a million times. Don’t bother buying an expensive bidet I actually love that I can take this with me travelling, and for my everyday use now it just sits beside my toilet in a drawer. And I like that I can control where exactly the water goes. Easy to use, just squish the bottle and water comes out quicker or slower without squishing it for a more gentle stream. AMAZING!! Buy now seriously.
