These work for pain and inflammation much better than turmeric and ginger. I LIKE that they do NOT contain black pepper, as that can be added individually if you require it - I don't . Overall a really good product.

This is my 'go to' turmeric supplement. I've tried others, but I seem to feel results from this, and when I stop taking it pain increases. It seems to be a good and, for me at least, bioavailable supplement to relieve pain.

The product is actually made by Natural Factors and most of their products are pharmaceutical grade as well as tested for impurities. Theracurmin is the most bioavailable form of curcumin as well so why I have bought it multiple times.

There is no smell. It’s good for reducing inflammation.

This is my second bottle. I have always had stomach problems when trying to take curcumin, but not with this. I used to take two Tylenols 1000mg total a day for maintenance but stopped those when I started to take this. Have not needed since. I highly recommend for aches and pains.

After my mother passed away I sank into a deep depression, and could barely get out of bed for 2 weeks. My husband estimated that I was functioning at about 10% of normal. A friend of mine told me that studies had shown that Theracurmin as as powerful as Prozac at helping with depression. I was skeptical, but I asked my husband to go to the local health food store and buy me a bottle. I took one 30mg capsule per day... and on the THIRD day I felt enough relief to get dressed and go out with my family to a Christmas tree lighting ceremony... without any emotional breakdowns or anxiety attacks. Each day after that I felt better and better. After a couple of months, I got lazy and started forgetting to take the Theracurmin daily. My family would notice the difference in my mood and ask me if I'd forgotten to take it... and their suspicions were always right. I encouraged my teenage step-daughter to start taking it because she was struggling and her bad attitude made everyone in the house miserable. On the days she took it, the difference in her demeanor was AMAZING! I remember saying to my husband.... if only we could put this stuff in the water! If everyone on earth took this there would be world peace. That was two and half years ago. I still take it regularly. Not for depression or irritability anymore, but for the many other health benefits it's anti-inflammatory properties offer.

El producto está mal en su presentación, las cápsulas son más pequeñas que el producto que compré anteriormente en su presentación de 60 cápsulas. Y el producto no es de un solo color. Se ve amarillo del color cúrcuma mezclado con algo más claro. Me tomé dos cápsulas y espero pronto decirles cómo me fue.

Love this supplement, seems to help with inflamation and bloathing. I definetly recommend this to add to your regimen.

I have been using this Brand Name for years now. I feel it takes the edge away from joint aches when used daily.

Generally pleased with the product. I've tried others and these work as well as all and better than some. I like that the capsules are small and that one per day seems to work fine for me.
