Tempered Glass Lid for Instant Pot - Universal Pan or Pot Cover (32 cm /12.6 inches)

I was a bit worried when it arrived since the box showed signs of damage and the lid is glass. But fortunately everything was OK. We used it a couple of days later with our wok, and it worked much better than the cookie sheet we had used previously.

I liked the size of the lid as I needed it for a large frying pan.

I have two woks, a 14in with a wood handle and a 13.75in one with loop handles and I finally found a lid that fits them both securely and that doesn't stick out on top a mile high so storage isn't hard either. I gave it four and not five stars because I just got it and don't know how it will hold up but being glass and metal mainly it seems very sturdy. The blue mark is the inside rim measurement and the green is the outer rim. Very pleased with the purchase.

Didn't fit my 13" pan.

I really hate to give a bad review but sometimes it’s needed. When my lid arrived, the box looked like it had been through a battle. It was dented in on the ends, and the tape was mostly ripped off. When I opened the box the lid did not have any padding surrounding it as you would expect it to have since it is glass. The knob on top was so loose it was almost falling off. The metal around the bottom was dented in one place. So I fixed the knob and took my fingers and pulled out most of the dent. When I used it the first time I burnt the side of my finger on the metal ring that is under the knob. That thing gets really hot but it cannot be removed as it is needed to keep from over tightening the screw that holds the knob on. This is a cheaply made product and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The original lid to my pot broke and I needed a replacement. I thought this might be too small but it fit perfectly. We measured from the very inside of the top of the lip.

Staub does not make a lid for their 13 inch double-handed skillet. I tried another one which did not work. This works well, though not perfectly. The problem is that the pan itself is not perfectly round. So, the lid has to sit on the edge of the pan in places (if that makes sense). Still, it's fine with me. If I need it to be completely sealed, I'll rig a rolled up piece of foil.

This lid is very dangerous when using. My wife placed a prime rib roast in her large pot to cook with veggies and left it on the stove on medium heat. She came to the den and we were watching TV when we heard a very big explosion in the kitchen so we went in and at first didn't see anything but when looking around we noticed the glass lid had exploded on the pot and glass was all in the meat which was now ruined. Went back in and looked at other people's review and their were a lot of others who reported this as well. Strongly would not buy this brand or product.
