Review: Excellent Customer Service - This is not your household names in motors BUT they stand behind the product and that matters most. I had issue with the motor I bought in April 2025. They first sent me a control panel. I was happy to give installation a try. It was simple if you have some basic knowledge in how to handle a screw driver. When THAT did not work the company said they would ship out a new motor and DID. Why pay a company 4 times what Haswing charges for the "illusion" of better service because they are based in the USA. Haswing goes that extra step that most companies would not do

### ⭐ Unit failed on 3rd use

Right out of the box, the remote has intermittently malfunctioned. I thought I may have been just user error, however that wasn't the case. Had to repair the remote repeatedly. The 3rd use of the motor, after less than one hour total use, it left me stranded on the lake. I paid over $600 for this, and am 100% dissatisfied. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS
