I was expecting a professional book where this appears to be a poor photocopy with blurred text and unreadable diagrams. The pages are Letter size (279 x 215mm) with a 14 or 16pt font - very uncomfortable to read.Don't buy it.

I strongly recommend avoiding the kindle version which forces one to read in landscape format and often misses lines when moving to next page. Unreadable

I bought the kindle version but the pages all came out sideways and it was impossible to read. I had to return it. I’m sure the content is great but I can’t comment as I wasn’t able to read it

I purchased this by accident. It contains the first 5 chapters of another book - Good to Great. The author is making money from copying someone elses content! Please avoid.

The book is unreadable. Feel cheated.
