The packaging needs to be improved. It should be boxed not wrapped in plastic.
This product is the best I have eaten. However, it was packed in plastic wrapping which caused the chocolate to melt and the rice cakes to stick together. I would continue to order this product if it could be shipped in a box.

Crap wrapped in crap!
Every one of the 6 packages had film on the chocolate. Whatever the reason, I don't care but be sure I won't order again!Nice racket if you can get it!I'd give NO stars if I could!

Taste good but don't buy in summer
These were good but because of summer heat, shipping caused the chocolate on the rice cakes to melt together1

Such a good product. Unfortunately someone fell down in shipping and didn’t think to refrigerate. Arrived melted and messy.
