I had this issue last year and I was hoping this year would be better. I ordered it 3/25 and it arrived today 3/26. Best by Aug 2025. The second I opened it, it smelled like stale crackers that are a year past the sell by date. This is just unacceptable. Being it is food, I cannot return it and I am out the money I spent. So frustrated .

I use this product to coat my chicken before lightly searing it in a sauce pan. It’s hard to find the gluten-free version other than around Passover. This is the only place I could find it.

I’ve been disappointed in GF panko bread crumbs. This makes an excellent substitute. I’ve used it for breading, thickeners, toppings, and even “bread pudding” recipes that called for panko crumbs. Works great every time. It also makes good matzo balls.

I used this to make some stuffed kishke (vegetarian) and it wasn't too bad covered in gravy, but when I tried using it to make matzo balls, using the recipe on the box, it was awful. Now I've been making matzo balls from regular matzo meal for over 40 years so I figured I knew how and what it should taste like. And these looked okay but tasted terrible. Somebody else mentioned her matza meal was rancid. I didn't think of that but it could be an explanation. It was the first matzo ball failure I have ever had, and I threw them away.

My family is not GF, however I needed GF matzo meal for my famous Passover toffee to surprise a bride to be. Never really cooked with GF, but added in 50% more than regular matzo meal and it was perfect! Price was below local grocery stores, so everything was spot on!

Can't send the smell! Expirationd date is in 2025, so this product was stored in an area where it got too hot, which made it go stale early. I used part of 1 can, but made my chicken tenders taste odd. Would like to order more of this, but afraid it will also be bad. Sadly it is not an item that can be returned!
