This is especially helpful for those new to pressure cooking or canning. The cooker held up excellently on my gas stove, maintaining consistent pressure and delivering reliable results. The three PSI settings provide flexibility for different types of cooking and canning tasks. However, I did encounter an issue with the handles aligning properly. It’s essential to take your time and ensure they are correctly aligned before use. Once you get the hang of this, the cooker is very easy to use. Overall, the T-fal Pressure Cooker is a great product. It offers excellent performance, is user-friendly (especially after reading the instructions), and is a valuable tool for both cooking and canning. Just be mindful of the handle alignment to ensure safe and effective use.

As you can see from the video, the pressure gauge doesn’t change. It’s clearly built up steam as you can see in the video. I can’t get assistance as it’s closed for the holidays. I am disappointed. I’ve been waiting to purchase this product for 1 year. Finally bought it. I’m so sad. The manual was in pieces. The binding doesn’t hold the pages and the pages were scattered around in the box. It appears to be new. I don’t know what to think about that. I have watched numerous videos online and read the manual. I will have to see about an exchange of the product. I got a replacement and it is working great. The gauge works well. I’m so happy with it. It holds six jars on one level. It’s a really big pot. I recommend. Changed to 5 stars.
