Do they really ship it in a zip lock without a sealed original box?

Yes. Nobody used it. It was fine in a zip lock bag. A Box would have been good but there was no box. A box would have been useful and appropriate and good/clean for hygiene purposes. Target sells them on clearance for a really great price ($4) without a box or ziplock as well but it is not used or open otherwise oil would be on the outside of the bottle.

Is this clothing safe, as in no staining ?

I always use it after bathing my baby. I put new clothes on her afterwards, and I’ve never seen a stain
