I love this dehumidifier. Its a top quality appliance which is still going strong after 1 year of daily use in my bedroom. It works fast and does it its job. The digital panel lost a bar on the numbers and I contacted Kesnos customer and they responded immediately. There customer service is excellent, and they were diligent in helping resolve the issue, and gave gave me several options to resolve this and I chose a new replacement panel. They also gave me an Amazon gift card! I felt valued as a customer. Win-win, great products and great customer service!

I purchased this for our 2300 sq foot home. It pulled a lot of moisture out of the air. However it was not large enough for the whole house. I would definitely suggest it for a smaller house. Simply plug it in and it goes to work. I also purchased the larger 80 pint unit. It was a better fit for our home. It ran last summer. I had a minor issue with the units and the customer service department was ready to step in and get me back up and running

I purchased the Kesnos product because it is a very nice and nicely constructed unit. I found it to be the perfect size for my use. If you have questions regarding the product their Customer Service Dept is easy to contact ( they are in the USA) and respond within 24 hrs. I recommend them.

Worked great until it didn't. Bought March 15 2024 and it stopped working June 21, 2024. This dehumidifier ran like a gem. Pulled out about a gallon of water a day and made my house feel so much better. I turned the dehumidifier off and I emptied the water this morning and it would not turn back on. The screen lit up for a moment and it shut down. A little too expensive to buy a new one every three months.

This is THE BEST dehumidifier! I'd give 10 stars if I could! It's efficient, quiet, easy to use, long lasting. This the 2nd unit I've purchased. The original unit ran 24/7/365 in our basement bedroom and family room for (almost) 4 years before it started to slow down. 4 years, never turned off! It's a little more expensive than other units but it is absolutely worth it. The water bucket is the perfect size. Easy to handle and empty. But it if you need a dehumidifier that works and lasts.

We've been using this for a month or so. Besides having to empty it frequently it's fantastic. We have an evaporative cooler, so it would get wet and gross in our house. This has kept us incredibly comfortable. Finally, a good product on Amazon! Update: 10/3/24 -- Leaking constantly. 😭 Works great to dehumidify but leaves a puddle. I thought it was only happening because it's full and I hadn't had a chance to empty yet but hope. It's just leaking. Very disappointed.

I live in Florida and an engineer friend advised to run both an air filter and a dehumidifier in close proximity. It’s made a big difference in a previously musty smelling room. It fills up the tank every day. The room is only about 400sf, so I can’t speak to its capacity in larger spaces, but the air feels generally cleaner and I have since purchased one for each floor of my house.

Edited after Seller Connect: They reached out and offered a refund. So I shipped the machine back to them, and hope they will refine the design and provide an optimal product in the next version. I have received the refund. The process is smooth. ---- Original Review----- This is one of the worst dehumidifiers I have ever bought. First, the dehumidifying performance is absolutely terrible. Even after running all night, the humidity in my home barely drops by 5%. My home does not have any constant source of moisture — the humidity level is usually stable — yet this unit still fails to make a noticeable difference. Second, the noise level is ridiculously high. It’s so loud that it’s impossible to sleep while it’s running. Third, the water tank design is awful. There is no antibacterial or protective feature, so it quickly becomes dirty and unpleasant to clean. Overall, the performance, design, and user experience of this product are a complete disappointment. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Has been very reliable for the 2 years we have had it with one exception. On random occasions the tank fills even though we have the hose set to bypass the tank and go into the sump hole. This means it has to be manually emptied and checked more regularly than I would like.
