I just bought this neck pillow after leaving my old one behind on trip, which was similar and my totally favorite. Since I just bought this one, I want to see how it holds up for my next few trips. My old one was really sturdy and comfortable. I will upgrade this to a 5 star once I find out how it holds up with some wear and tear.The way this is made is fantastic. I get a sore neck, and this keeps my neck supported in trains, planes, and even as a pillow in bed. If I am traveling, I just sleep on this.I have also used it on my back when traveling and my back gets stiff.I bought this color (my old one was slate blue), because It will be easier to see if it falls in a shadowy area when I'm packing up. (which is how I left my old one behind). So, I suggest avoiding colors that blend into shadows.

This pillow is too small. I had a total pillow years ago and it was bigger than the one now being sold. I was looking forward to receiving this but totally disappointed when I opened the package. What happened? I've been in search of the perfect neck support pillow for months. Had to return yet another one. I am now using Body Prop Adjustable Pillow by VisionX. I'm loving it.

I like these pillows, especially the neutral-colored with muted designs. I often use them on a great leather chair that has one drawback --the chair arms are too low to match the supreme comfort of the rest of the chair. These pillows do the trick nicely to solve that chair issue, by curving nicely over the arms of the chair to offer the arm support the chair design hadn't provided, transforming it into the perfect easy chair. They also work great as a small back support pillow or neck pillow, also.

At first glance this pillow looked like it would be perfect for travel. However, after folding it to try it out, a hole formed, fabric was fringing and beads spilled out. Maybe if the pillow didn't form a hole after coming out of the package, and I was able to try it out,it would be worth more than 1 star.

This is my third total pillow, as a chronic pain suffer, (failed spinal surgeries), I carry one with me everywhere I go and another in the house, have been a total blessing w/multiple applications so thank you Total Pillow.

I have used this pillow for used. I own several and leave one in the car all the time . After many uses they eventually get too soft but because of the price I just keep replacing them which isn’t often.

It doesn't feel like the original one and there were so many options to choose from I couldn't figure out which was original vs the many knock offs. This material gets a little too warm for my head, but the pillow isn't uncomfortable, so that's a plus.

You can twist this a couple of different ways but not many. The pillow is not soft and cushy but rather is hard. I thought it would be more flexible and squishy but it is not.
