Post Op Panty High Waist w/ Silicone (Black, 1X/2X)

I wear a size 18w and i ordered ghe 1x/2x they were PERFECT! They werent constricting which you do NOT want! They stretched and were soft. I wore them everyday after surgery and still wear them for the silicone and the scar. I am glad I ordered them, they came in handy. The size was perfect for me too.

Did not help, size runs big so it didn’t compress.

Sizing is Way off!!! Unless you wear conventional sizes 4-18, don't even bother ordering.

This was purchased for my daughter who underwent abdominal surgery. She said it was the best thing to hold and gently compress her incision so that she could stand straighter, move without pain and keep the swelling down.

One of the best compression undergarments I've purchased. Totally comfortable and fits as a 3x or size 24 perfectly.
