Taste wise they really are ok, a little sweat with a bitter aftertaste once they dissolve totally (very minimal); the texture is a little bit similar to actual Haribo beat, just more soft because they are meant to dissolve in your mouth(take a few minutes but if you want you can always chew them, even if I personally find more effective letting them slowly dissolve). I personally sleep much better when I take them, doesn't help me to actually feel sleepy or go to sleep earlier, but it makes me sleep better once I do feel asleep.I would totally recommend to try them but I can't honestly say they will work for everyone, try the single pack and give it a go, it may solve your sleepless night 🤞

Very manageable effect

To be honest, the effect wasn't noticable, even with 6 gummies at a time. Maybe it's an absorption issue, but CBD DRINKS from sainsbury's definitely had an effect in terms of pain relief and whole body muscle relaxation whereas these didn't, I hate leaving negative reviews but I can't justify giving these 5 stars because for me they didn't work. However, the taste and texture were good, a very easy way to get a dose, even if personally they didn't offer pain relief.

To me a waste of money.

As I have fibromyalgia Ill try anything to try and get some relief,Ive tried the hemp sticky pads on the worse pain on my thigh with great relief but I needed something for the anxiety and sleep problems so as I saw in the reviews it had helped fellow sufferers I thought id give these a try. To say they are mostly glucose and sugar they dont taste very sweet and have that typical CBD aftertaste but i found a bit of chocolate got rid of that lol,only had half a dozen so far ,I take one after breakfast and omne about an hour or so before bedtime,and Im amazed how quickly theyve worked for me,I say for me as like the hemp pads they dont seem to work for everyone,my anxiety is less and im already sleeping better and my wifes found my bad temper has improved as things dont annoy me as much as they did,cant say if theyve helped with the pain yet.. Downside is that like all these "alternative" cures they charge a lot for a small amount at 2 a day these are gonna last me just under 3 weeks so about 6 quid a week but if they work its a small price to pay for helping with something Ive suffered with for 20 odd years just wish Id found these earlier

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Wanted to see if they were effective for severe anxiety and panic disorder. Initially took 1 every 30 minutes to judge effect and three gummies were a little too much for me, I am of small stature and haven't used cbd/marijuana before. Did get the bubbling stomach and loose stools for the first 2-3 times but this settled if I spaced the doses out. As soon as I feel anxious I let one dissolve on my tongue and feel the calming effects within minutes then wait 30 minutes to top up if needed. Just as an aside, check if they are OK to take with anti depressant meds as it could have an adverse effect such as insomnia, I just lowered the dose in this case. Very reassuring to have these handy and not having to rely on prescription meds.

I started to use them but stopped I'm on other pills from the doctors so thought I'd better not use them .they arrived fast good value easy to eat I did not like the yellow ones but the red ones were OK.
