Review: Fantastic Product, Boy does it stink. - I don’t need to say much about this product, just see the photos. The first photo was my tub of Mint about a month ago, a little over. It just wouldn’t grow all that well and it looked sad and depressing. After sprinkling an average amount of this Bonemeal onto the soil it has completely transformed into a crackin’ minty bush see photo 2 Now I need to figure out what to do with it all. Great product. A: I keep mine in large sealed food containers, kept out of the damp it should last about a year.

A: It’s bone meal like grit

A: This product is self explanatory it's fish meal, animal blood, & animal bone (both probably from cattle.
If you don't like the idea of an animal products based fertiliser I would suggest you consider Either shredded seaweed or a liquid seaweed fertilizer like Maxicrop.

A: Very small granules, almost powder.

Seems to be working well,plants thriving well,seemed to be more advanced than past years. MAKE SURE you use gloves when handling it,burns in an open cut. Good idea it came in a bag inside the tub,tub is not contaminated so can be used for other jobs. Will buy again next year.
