Review: Very useful after surgery or skin graft - I bought this to keep my lower leg dry in the shower after a serious injury (spitting cobra bite to ankle) which required significant reconstructive plastic surgery and skin grafts to fix. After the skin graft, my leg had to be kept dry for several weeks. But I still wanted to wash daily. This does the job brilliantly, is easy to apply (though not alone - you do need someone to help you!) and is reliable for multiple re-use. The plastic is strong and good quality. I am a slim size 12 and the cuff was great in terms of sizing: well sealed around my leg, but never uncomfortable. The cuff is made of soft rubber and feels easily adjustable. To keep the skin graft on my lower leg protected, I needed help from someone else to hold the top (stretchy) cuff open while putting it on or taking it off, so that the cuff didn’t ever touch the injured part of my leg. MUCH easier, quicker and far more reliable than wrapping your limb in a bin bag and sticking it to your skin with tape (which is what I was doing before). Would thoroughly recommend to anyone trying to wash, but still keep an injured limb completely dry at the same time after surgery.
Review: It works very nicely - Not sure this would work for me as I've got big feet and skinny legs - think Minnie Mouse - but it was fine and dry. I found it easy to put on myself which is fortunate as there's only me anyway. Good in the shower, and I also used it for my favourite treat - a big bath. I kept the "total immersion" time to a minimum, then lay back and watched my floating foot..... As a previous reviewer pointed out - dry the outside before you take it off.

**Q: does the 24 inch include the foot or is that extra legnth**
A: Don't think mine is 24 inch or intended for Broken knees. Comes 2-3 inches above ankle. Height from seam at bottom of foot to blue ring approx 13 inches. foot length approx 13.5 inches.  Device is wider at bottom to accommodate foot length. My husband wears UK shoe size 9 and has no difficulty using mine to keep foot and ankle dry.

**Q: How can this be washed as I need to wear it long term**
A: Depending on the condition of it inside long term you could just take it off wash in light soapy water towel dry and reuse.  As long as it is dry when you put it back on you shouldn’t have any problems as this could all be done within five minutes.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Would the XL cover a man’s knee?**
A: I purchased the 24” leg cover. I am 1.70m tall and this would not do to cover my knee. 
They do have an actual product cover especially for a knee
