This steamer is a very compact and good quality product. The plastic doesn't feel flimsy or cheap, unlike many other steamers on the market. It is very convenient to use due to its innovative shaped fittings, and the steam is mild and gentle. It would be helpful to have an intermediate setting between the two extremes provided, so it would be better worth its slightly hefty price tag.

I wanted to use this product for upcoming winters to treat my blocked nose etc. I had been searching for a good quality product and rather than spending less on other better products on Amazon I selected this one assuming it will justify the cost. But when I used it...I found few issues...1. Steam generation process takes a lot of time..more than 5 mins. And if you use other products...in this much time you can complete the steam taking process. 2. Steam generated is too low to be of any use but may be useful for kids. 3. Seller is smart enough that there is no return policy. Amazon should not promote these type of sellers where you are stuck and unable to return the product.So before buying please take care of these things...and should not happen your hard earned goes waste just like mine.

This is an awesome product, easy to use and handling, I have given it 5 stars for its design and working capability. not harsh temperature it's mild and suitable for skin. I found Mievida the best product.

Good item but water holding cup little small

Product is excellent when it comes to setting of heat levels and temperature. The only two draw backs are the size of the facial mask is too big OR perhaps there should be 2 sizes and secondly water quantity is very less, should be at least double for longer use and safety. Other wise it is a very good product if used properly.I used it for both, as a Facial cleanser and also inhaler for continuous 20 minutes and found no issues.I have 2 more similar products at home which I cannot use because of issues like HI temperature, no indicator light to confirm it is on/off, too much time for heating-12 minutes, I need to use towel to hold the escaping heat. I found Mievida the best product

Nice Product.we can control the temperature as low & high as per our requirement. Easy to clean and Energy efficient considering very less water is required for steam. Overall good product to buy.

Didn't come in good condition. The bowl in which water is to be poured in is not properly fitted in and because of this, water is not being heated properly. The return system is not allowing me to return but suggesting me to repair it on my own which is not possible.. Why won't they let me return?
