Excelente ensayo
Según mi hermano que es un asiduo lector de Schopenhauer es su ensayo favorito. Si no dominas 100% inglés no lo compres, pues la lectura esta pesada.

Strongly recommend.
Western philosophy at its finest. One of the heavyweights, the rhetoric may be a touch dated, but the core essence is still relevant.

Amazing book. Schopenhauer says so much things in so short of a book. He covers state's role as well as individual responsibility about ethical and moral laws. It is very well written and the thought processes and conclusions are very clear. From a very intelligent man who lived between 1700- 1800 we hear of monarchic rule as not being bad which i do not agree with but his argument is very convincing. That is the power of great writers they can explain something that is so disagreeable but render great evidence for it is agreeableness. Must read
