Direct this question to the supplier.

How long does it take for one to get used to these arch support insoles?

not long..probably an hour or so. I stand on my feet about 8 hours a day...I am in retail..

Are you able to use in sandals, if so, how would they stay in?

Yes, I would say with most sandals you can. Sometimes there is an adhesive dot in the center of the heel area where the padding is. If it doesn't have the adhesive dot, you can use a piece of double-sided tape. That has worked for me to keep the inserts in place.

Is this orthotcis for high arches?

yes, these half orthotic inserts is helpful for high arches.
