good health is in your hands
This book is not easy to read there is a lot of technical information which requires concentration (so not good for reading in bed), in spite of that it is worth it and I will read it again as first time round I skimmed a bit. By the end I decided to give my diet and health books away I realise I need to focus on whole healthy food and let the rest worry about itself. Thanks Doc

A good explanation of many facts and fallacies.
Carole has given us an insight into the scientific rationalisation of our dietary choices and also potential toxins contained in many products due to poor farming procedures or commercial shortcuts...or just poor and uninformed choices because of our busy lifestyle. Excellent information and advice within.

Interesting, thought provoking
I am still reading this book and find it thought provoking. She suggests many things I have often wondered about but never verbalized. An important read for health professionals.

An excellent source by a doctor committed to primary health
An excellent source by a doctor committed to primary health. Hungerford tells the reader how nutrition can either restore health or prevent disease processes from starting.

good health in the 21st century
This is an enlightening book that every person concerned about their health and the health of their families should read. It helps the individual take control of their lives instead of being swept up in the conventional health ride.
