Disliked it.The reason I bought this was to hold my stuff because my cell phone had to much storage and my phone was slowing down. My photos of my grandkids was the main reason I needed more storage. I also use it for my scrapbooking which is good. I really didnt expect it to be great because it was refurbished, but as soon as I unboxed it to set it all up and make sure it was clean and defragmented it I was very disappointed because I found that I had to do alot to the laptop. Thankgod for watching youtube I was able to clean alot of the storage out that was in the laptop. I thought that since it was refurbished that at least it was set to Factory reset because I had a feeling it was used so I needed to know if anything had to be done. Well As soon. As I opened up my Windows 10 on my hp laptop Isee that there was still files on it and I needed to clean it all out.Just remember when buying g a refurbished laptop please please please check all that's needed to be done in order to have a decent fast running computer.

I bought this computer intending to use it for limited purposes. In my case, I've dedicated this unit for my financial bookkeeping and it does well for this. However, I already knew that the processor was on the lower rung of the computer ladder, so I did not intend using it for games and/or entertainment purposes.

Doesn’t run smoothly, the intel processor is crap, I gave it a chance but honestly my old laptop that I had since 2010 works way better

The key board lags. Everything else is good about it.

I have an Andriod, so I use Google to sync EVERYTHING.Windows 10 S doesn't let you use Chrome browser. You are allowed to use ONLY Edge. I can't stand Edge as it is. Even went I worked for Microsoft for 12 years, I used Firefox and them Chrome. When I found out that they are using this tactic to force people to use this junky browser I was completely disgusted.Microsoft and these slimy tactics on the one hand; on the other hand, we have the iphone forcing people to use charger ports that only work with iphones, often making them pay $35 for an inferior cable that isn't very fast and will break within 6 months, only to change it on them at the next model upgrade.These two companies are so gross. It's no wonder most of the world outside of the US uses Android or Samsung. USB-C is the way to go. Superfast, super affordable.I'm returning this machine for regular Windows 10.

I saved $500 on a laptop by buying this refurbished one.I'm very happy with the picture, DPI, but a little disappointed with the available volume.

I ordered this laptop as a replacement from the 1st 1 I purchased ( different company) the 1st didn’t work at all so I was pleasantly pleased when I received this laptop everything is working great , screen has no scratches, keypad works great , for the price you can’t go wrong

I’m so happy with this computer. It was easy to set up and even came with Microsoft Word and Excel which saved me so much money.
