How many cards are in each deck?

There are 110 cards in each deck.... 96 numbered cards, 8 wild cards, 4 skip cards and 2 phase reference cards. It is a great game for all ages.

Can you combine both decks for more players

Yes. You can. I have 3 decks because our family gatherings can be pretty large and when you have more than 3 players I don’t feel as if each player has as many options to meet the various phases.
