Review: Great value - A great value product, and cuts through logs easily. It's a lot lighter than a petrol chainsaw, and doesn't have the hazard of a plug in chainsaw with the wire. As a note, you'll need two 24v batteries to run it (either 2AH or 4AH) . The kickback guard feels a little flimsy, but until it's too late it is impossible to test this, I'd trust it, but only just. In summary good if you want to cut up some logs or light tree felling from time to time, but probably not appropriate if you plan on cutting multiple large trees as the battery runs out and takes hours to recharge. Choose the right tool for the job - this is great for light, infrequent work which would be too onerous to cut by hand.

A great value product, and cuts through logs easily. It's a lot lighter than a petrol chainsaw, and doesn't have the hazard of a plug in chainsaw with the wire. As a note, you'll need two 24v batteries to run it (either 2AH or 4AH) . The kickback guard feels a little flimsy, but until it's too late it is impossible to test this, I'd trust it, but only just.
