this is one of the most charming cookbooks I’ve ever owned. Written with an easy-going, witty tone, definitely ideal for those of us that already know how to cook. A lot of delightful recipes in here with lots of substitutions. They are more ideas of dishes, which again, experience cooks will delight in.
