The product itself is tried and true. This particular package left a lot to be desired. Don't know if it's an old lot or not. Was just very weird that you couldn't get the floss to pull through correctly. Been flossing my teeth for over 60 years so yes, I do know what I'm doing. Married to a periodontist so I also know how a pkg of floss is supposed to function. This one was such a waste of time and energy! Not worth returning plus I got so exhausted by trying to make it function properly, that I tossed it in the trashcan at the hotel over the weekend.

Seems to work at cleaning my teeth and gums. This type of floss is the only kind I use with gingivitis. I also like the mint flavored in this brand and type of floss

We have used Oral-B Glide Dental Floss for the last 20 years with no problems. We bought two of these and, in each case, can not get the floss out without cracking the case open and unrolling the floss form the roll. The roll is glued tight to the stem it sits on; no way for the floss to pull out. This is obviously not a real Oral-B product.

My daughter loves it. Very good quality its not breaking when it used. She had braces so she always had problem in finding a good quality floss. This is highly recommended.

The dispenser is very cheap and cracks open when pulling the floss. I thought maybe it was a fluke and I got a bad one, but both units are the same. If you remove the little blue insert and put the spool back on its arm, it's easier to use. Other than that, the floss is okay. I don't have a problem with it shredding in my mouth, and my teeth are crowded. Unfortunately, it's overpriced for such a flimsy dispenser. I can't recommend.

I had been an Oral B Glide customer for several decades and was very satisfied. I loved the product. I just tried the replacement product and I am sadly disappointed. It doesn’t even come close. Very hard to use and it now takes twice as long to floss because I had a fight to use it. Going to have to find something else. The flat shape of the floss makes it terribly difficult to use on closely sitting teeth. Dreadful! So so sorry.

The name glide is spot on.. smooth as silk and no snagging, fraying or catching on my teeth. The slightly wider than usual tape makes it easy to wrap around the fingers for a firm non slip grip, and still reaches all the gaps between my teeth and is gentle on the gums. A brush with my toothbrush after flossing and my teeth and gums feel great…

The floss is a micro-thin strip of plastic. It hurts to floss and tastes like plastic. Oral-B used to have a thicker tape with the same name, and I can’t figure out how to avoid this “tape” which used to be labeled clearly.

It is perfect. Does not stick between my teth, cleanes very well.
