Hard to find item - works as it should!
This stuff is hard to find! Amazon to the rescue! Make sure you look at the size of the package, as this one is really small. I'm using it for homemade bagels, and I might get two batches out of this package. If you want more - make sure you order the larger size package!

Used for making homemade bagels
I decided to try making bagels. The recipe called for this. It worked for what it was needed for but you had to use the entire package for one dozen bagels. I could have bought a dozen bagels for the cost of this and the other ingredients. Good product just too expensive.
