I searched Amazon for a shampoo and came across this one. After reading the reviews, I felt confident it would work. The day of my test, I rinsed my hair with baking soda and white vinegar. After that I washed it with regular shampoo (as instructed to do) I then washed it with the shampoo in the box. I set my timer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I rinsed it again and then used the 2nd step. Again, I set the timer… Basically I followed the instructions to the T! I was done maybe 2 hours before my test time. Long story short, the product works if you follow instructions and I do mean follow the darn instructions… I normally smoke every day, However I did t smoke 2 days prior.
