It has accurate measurements of Humidity and Temperature, but the the sensor itself is very tiny and you cannot see the numbers from far and it would be better if it had a back stand as you need to lean it against something to keep it standing. I use it for my greenhouse and indoor plants to keep track of the humidity and temperature for best growing environment

Those come without any batteries, Very functional, and reasonably responsive, (unless you want them for lab work and you need to get the data points in before lunch) I have one in each room and can tell what the temp and humidity by looking at the LCD screen, the app is a bit clunky and takes time to connect to Bluetooth, But it works, with patience you will love it. hope you found this review helpful.
