I have mild to moderate anxiety panic attacks and get over stimulated very easily, especially in overly crowded places. So I take these on all of my travels. I take it before I get on the airplane, shopping at the mall, driving and if I am attending any event that will have massive crowds. I rather take these than the one the doctors prescribed me which are very strong it make me feel groggy and sleepy. And the Next day I feel like medicine hangover. I don’t have any side effects from taking these pills and it’s natural which is a plus. It has a chalky taste to it but dissolves nicely on your tongue or under the tongue. It takes about 15-20mins take effect. I try to take it on an empty stomach that way it will get into system faster but life happens you got to eat, so I’ll take one or two tablets with or without food. I feel calm and at ease. It feels like the knots has been loosened and I am not wound up tight anymore. Everything feels relaxed and release. No tension but a sense of quiet in my mind and body. It really worked for me. Take it as needed. It is not a cure for anxiety but a aid that can help to calm things down to get though a stressful and anxiety panic attack situation. If you are experiencing major full blown anxiety and panic attacks frequently definitely go speak with a doctor . A Great product , I highly recommend and I am a repeat customer.

These are a great alternative to medication. They take the edge off without making you feel drowsy! I was taking buspar and I had to stop bc the release would effect me differently day to day. Sometimes I was super drowsy and sometimes I didn’t feel a thing. So I stopped taking those but there are times I just need to relax especially for meetings or some other stress inducing situation and this literally works like a charm. I will be repurchasing. I may even do a tiktok on this.

What a great item to buy if you are suffering from panic attacks! I have tried everything in this planet to treat this condition and the only thing in the beginning that was helping me was the breathing exercises to slow down my ❤️ and my breathing.but after trying this product, 😮 I have been able to breathe normally and is helping me keeping the pressure of my chest! God is good and so is this product, God bless this company boiron!. This is not a cure for this condition but it surely will give you time to see a doctor! I also suffer from depression so this condition makes alot worse! Calming effect that's exactly what this product does!.

I like this brand, but this tablet is not too effective for me.

They work! I have ordered about 6 now and use every night. I am 74 and given 6 yrs ta live. At 3 AM I start thinking about dyeing, I take 1 ya only 1 at a time, it calls for 2 but I take through out the night. It says ta take 2 3 times a day giving U 6. Don't need in day time just at night. It takes about 20min ta work but it will help ya sleep. I find they only last about 2 hrs so more than enough ta get ya through the night. I feel for all the elderly. That is all they have left is God and death. God bless you.

HOLY COW, this works great! No fatigue, no nervous or anxiety feelings and my mood just took a 180 from crabby, negative, anxious jitters to a happy, no worry attitude, and no more nervous/anxious feelings. I feel alert and focused and calm.

I like this product is natural, and decently priced. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I suffered mild nausea and my already dysregulated nervous system rejected this product, so that my heart raced severely and I trembled. But that's just me. It may be a fine product for others. It's all subjective. But also do your research; most of the natural ingredients (flowers, mostly) which comprise this product, are quite toxic. Of course, the manufacturers run them through a process to remove the toxic aspects, but there is a reason the label tells you not to use this for more than two weeks. A dangerous buildup may occur.

These are absolutely the best. If you’re looking for anxiety stress relief. I literally will be mid panic attack and take one of these and it takes it away. I started taking these at night when I was having 3 AM wake ups for a perimenopause and I can go right back to sleep. I also take this if I’m gonna get on a flight or I’m gonna go on an amusement park ride. Best to take right when you’re feeling edgy and anxieties starting to come on, prevents it from happening. I will never use anything else.

This product seems to have a calming effect on our Autistic daughter when she is anxious and/or 'sundowning'. It is easy to administer (I dissolve in water), with no adverse side effects,so I am impressed with it so far.

purchased it for my husband to help him to deal with stress at work, he said it was helpfull. Gona buy it again, this time for my mom.
