I always have this on hand. Whenever I feel like something might be coming on I start taking it. It works.

My son had a stubborn cough so I came to Pure Synergy looking for something that mught help boost his immune system. This took care of the problem not only for my son but a friend as well when I suggested she try it for the same issue.

Great supplement other than when it cut my finger open pulling it out of the package because bottle had broken. Then I had to transfer into another bottle. But Pure Synergy is and has always had absolutely amazing products so it didn't hinder my experience too much.

I've tried a few mushroom supplements, and they all have an unpleasant diuretic effect, frequent urination and dehydration. Not this one.

Love this brand, especially the ingredients of this specific one. Could do better on packaging.

Although I'm suspicious of claims made by companies that make, supply, and or sell supplements; I can attest to the fact that this supplement worked successfully for me. I was looking for a supplement that was made with a significant amount of Beta-Glucan that had been derived from Alge, not broken down from yeast. While taking 1 capsule with breakfast and one later with dinner I noticed a feeling of health. It's hard to describe, but without changing anything, and after not taking this supplement for a week, I can tell you that I experienced a better feeling of health while I took this supplement twice a day. I'd recommend this supplement to anyone.
