It does what is suppose to do, dispenses towels. I can use it laying down on my shelf or hang it up. I think I will use heavy duty command strips if I hang it up. Under the blue film there was one little knick on front and scratches on the back but if laying down or hanging up that really doesn’t matter. It is a sturdy nice paper dispenser. It will save me money on paper towels that is for sure. I like these kinds of towels, they dry very well. Thanks, Amazon for another great, handy product.

It's sorta flimsy, but it does the job. I don't see it breaking on me any time soon.

This dispenser has design flaws which were done to decrease manufacturing costs. First, holes to mount the dispenser to the wall are not recessed. Therefore, the heads of the screws protrude and the paper towels catch on them. Second, there is no built in stop to limit the opening of the door. Therefore, the door is stopped when it hits the drywall. By the time the dispenser has been filled a few times, the door digs into the drywall and creates an unsightly gouge in the wall.

I like it I put it in the kitchen and I had a lot of paper towels left over from the great Covid scare so I had plenty to put in. It takes a little coordination to hang on the wall maybe two people would be better but it’s Works just like the ones you see in restaurants?

This dispenser is perfect! And is completely smudge proof as advertised! I love it!

Edge are rounded, no sharp edge, easy to pull out paper towels one at a time. Build solid and will very likely last longer than I do. Easy to install and restock. Very happy with the purchase and I actually brought two because how good it is

Not wide enough. Asked the seller and they couldnt recommend any - were unhelpful. The "frequently bought together" Kleenex ones fall out onto the floor. Don't buy unless you find towels that will match it!! The unit is 28cm wide and there are none wide enough on the market in Australia. (But if you do find some let me know!!) While I looked around for ones that would fit my return window closed!! Now i have to remove it and buy a brand named one and use their towels!

Very cheaply made in terms of quality. Space for paper towels is too big and paper rips off everyone you are dispensing towels. Feels like you are spending more time to collect little ripped pieces of towel from floor all the time and readjusting the paper. Definitely don’t recommend it. Worth to spend extra money on better quality from Kimberley Clark.
