Just exactly what I ordered
Wasn't hard to set up. Looks great. The paper towels rip pretty bad on the way put but maybe that's user error. Thank you

Excellent product for the price
The dispenser works very well. I have no problems removing pulling the towels out. I read that some people did, but I wonder if it’s the quality of the paper towels that’s the difference. Mine works great and has been used for over 100 towels. Multiple people have used it, including strong men who tend to pull it very hard.

Paper towel dispenser
Handy for hand drying but towels have to be centered exactly to feed out when you pull out. And both hands have to be used

Horrible--paper towel does not come out without ripping
We put these paper towel dispensers in a employee bathroom & within 1 day of use it was obvious we'd have to return them. The paper does not come out cleanly & what you pull out is shredded on the sides. Plus there is paper all over the floor that has been ripped apart by the dispenser. It is not a fluke, as we bought 3 of these & all 3 did the same thing. I chose this product to the variety of colors, but I should've gone with a better brand. Now I can't even contact the seller to return or get Amazon's help in securing a refund! Bad customer service all around.

Good Quality but the matte finish does leave a lot of finger prints!

Edge are rounded, no sharp edge, easy to pull out paper towels one at a time. Build solid and will very likely last longer than I do. Easy to install and restock. Very happy with the purchase and I actually brought two because how good it is
