No you have 3 big bottles a base, shiny top coat and matte top coat. And then 20 small bottles of colours

I have just used mine today for the first time, the base coat was so thick it came out lumpy which made it hard to get a smooth finish?

I have never had that issue and have used Beetles on several different purchases-I would return for another one. Sounds like a dodgy batch.
