I was always on the border of high cholesterol. I saw a TV Commercial about Nopal Cactus Juice. But at like $40.00 a bottle, who could afford that! So I searched around and found this product. I bought 3 bottles and my mother and I both took one pill a day. She took them with her regular medication and I took mine by itself. We didn't think it was doing anything really as we didn't feel different and it didn't seem to be effecting us in anyway. Our labs and test results at the doctors was all the same as always. We stopped taking it for 3 month and went to the doctors. Mom's doctor increased her cholesterol medication to twice a day. I was put on medication for cholesterol for the first time ever. We stated taking this again with our medication. 3 months later, I am now off of my cholesterol medication and my mom is back to her low dose cholesterol medication once a day. So with that being said I would say this product works for us. We have recommended it to several people and so far everyone who takes it says it works for them in one way or another. (For what ever ails them I guess.) But that might be all in their heads, who knows. But what ever works for them and you. They are big pills, easy to swallow even for me who chocks on everything.
