My mother has always had slightly high cholesterol and takes low dose medication for it. I was always on the border of high cholesterol. I saw a TV Commercial about Nopal Cactus Juice. But at like $40.00 a bottle, who could afford that! So I searched around and found this product. I bought 3 bottles and my mother and I both took one pill a day. She took them with her regular medication and I took mine by itself. We didn't think it was doing anything really as we didn't feel different and it didn't seem to be effecting us in anyway. Our labs and test results at the doctors was all the same as always. We stopped taking it for 3 month and went to the doctors. Mom's doctor increased her cholesterol medication to twice a day. I was put on medication for cholesterol for the first time ever. We stated taking this again with our medication. 3 months later, I am now off of my cholesterol medication and my mom is back to her low dose cholesterol medication once a day. So with that being said I would say this product works for us. We have recommended it to several people and so far everyone who takes it says it works for them in one way or another. (For what ever ails them I guess.) But that might be all in their heads, who knows. But what ever works for them and you. They are big pills, easy to swallow even for me who chocks on everything. No taste, No side effects, These are only my opinions as everyone has one, an opinion that is. Thanks

This product has changed our lives! It has three distinct properties. 1) It acts as an anti-inflammatory; and, 2) It acts as a laxative and relieves constipation; and, 3) It helps in regulation of blood sugar. I am ONLY taking it for the first effect, and it DOES reduce inflammation significantly. As an added benefit, it increases your regularity, so much so that I have to limit the amount that I take so that I am not RUNNING to the bathroom urgently. I have also noticed that it has reduced my desire to eat and consume sweets. My wife and my son have also noticed the same benefits. It took approximately 3-4 weeks for the full effects. We have all stopped taking it on occasion, and that is when we REALLY notice the difference and immediately start taking it again. I have plack psoriasis and ordered this product by referral from my brothers wife. My condition was already showing seasonal improvement. I have not been taking this supplement long enough to see any significant improvement. My brother said his wife's scales disappeared and her joint stiffness was relieved. I will stick with it as the seasons change to how my condition holds, or hopefully improves. I was a bit leery about the pills because I can't even take vitamins. This product does not seem to have any ill effects.

Love this stuff. I was told to use this when my back was out, I know funny, the guy at the health food store said he had used it for his back, it works great for blood sugar, but on the side, it helps keep swelling down, which helped my back. I have given it to my parents for knees as well. Take one a day for at least a month, then when you miss a few days, you will feel it. It's hard to tell you, but I say it takes the edge off. I can take it two or three times a week now, as it has built up in my system. I have used it for aobut five years now. It is cheaper on line than in the stores. It is cheap enough to give it a try to see if it will work for you too. Good luck!
