IMO I prefer these over fresh, the taste and flavor is more intense and adds dimension to the dish. Great quality, received 98% whole pieces, with minimal fragments.. Recommended.

I live in a region where Asian groceries and limited and needed dried scallops for some dishes. I was a little skeptical purchasing online, but the item was packaged well and the quality was great.

Good but too hard

I never imagined that dried scallops were tastier than fresh scallops. These scallops have zero additives and a ton of umami (yumminess!). UPDATE: I purchased some less expensive dried scallops, and I can definitely taste the difference. These are well worth the extra expense - they are sublime!

I like the taste and how the products were prepared and packaged.

Product was horribly salty, does not taste good stays hard forever

As a blind taste test, I have one to my friend. She grew up in Louisiana down in the bayou. Vomiting was close. This one and only purchase will be fed to my dog-s.l.o.w.l.y as the sodium content is high for a small dog. Don't waste your money- eat a beet instead.

Good quality. I use this for seafood porridge.
